GenAIVance is a registered company based in Jordan, providing AI-related training and consulting services to clients internationally. This notice describes information handled through this website and its enquiry process.
Information you provide
Request a Quote collects your full name, email, country, enquiry type and business objective or project requirements. You may also provide company, job title, phone, a selected training program or consulting service, participant count where relevant, delivery preference, preferred language and desired timeline. The form records your privacy consent, submission language and time, consent time and notice version, and any selected offering details. Do not include passwords, credentials or confidential personal information. The quote form does not accept file attachments.
How enquiries are handled
We use submitted information to review and respond to your request and manage potential training or consulting engagements. You confirm consent to this processing before submitting. Authorized administrators may record enquiry status and internal follow-up notes. Successful submissions are saved and receive an on-screen confirmation. Resend is not configured, so the website does not currently send automatic email notifications or customer acknowledgements. Sending a request is not a marketing subscription or an accepted commercial contract.
Hosting, access and security
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase provides application database, administrator authentication and website-media storage infrastructure. Hosting services process connection and request information needed to operate the website. Provider processing may occur in different countries; this notice does not guarantee a particular data residency. Enquiry access is restricted to authorized administrators, whose application access requires a password and verified authenticator-based multi-factor authentication. These controls do not guarantee absolute security. Cloudflare Turnstile is currently disabled. There are no customer accounts or public signup; administrator sessions use cookies, and access protection may use cookies while the site is private.
Public website media
Images approved for publication are stored as public website media and may be accessible by their URLs. They are not private enquiry attachments. Cached or independently copied images may remain after an image is removed from the website.
Retention and privacy requests
Quote and lead records are retained while commercially relevant and periodically reviewed manually. There is no automatic deletion schedule or fixed retention period. Contact us using the privacy email below with questions or requests about your information, including access, correction or deletion. Requests are reviewed manually and may require identity verification and consideration of applicable obligations; no fixed completion or deletion deadline is promised.
